WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate in yoga activities under the auspices of Be Strong Ministries, I do acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:

1. There is a risk of injury resulting from physical fitness exercises, including yoga. I do knowingly and freely assume all risks both common and uncommon, and I do knowingly and freely assume all responsibility for my participation in Be Strong Ministries.
2. RELEASE: I hereby release and discharge Be Strong Ministries, Lisa Tolido, Michele Schmidt, Fred Astaire South Charlotte Dance Studio, Weddington Swim and Racquet Club (WSRC), their staff, and assigns from any and all liabilities, suits, claims and demand actions or damages (including attorney fees and disbursement) incurred by me arising out of participation in the Be Strong exercise class. This release is binding on my heirs, assigns and agents. If there is any exercise I feel is questionable or dangerous to my personal well being, it is my responsibility to refrain from performing said exercises.
3. INDEMNIFICATION: I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be Strong Ministries, Lisa Tolido, Michele Schmidt, Fred Astaire South Charlotte Dance Studio, WSRC, and employees, and their successors and assigns, from any and all causes of action, claims demands, losses and costs of any nature whatever arising out of or in any way relating to my participation in Be Strong Ministries Exercise Program. This indemnification is binding on my heirs, assigns and agents.
